One of the best perks of my stupid job is the 2+ hour lunch breaks. Today, I enjoyed all-you-can-eat "salad bar" at a Brazilian BBQ joint for HK$138, and added another HK$50 for all-you-can-eat BBQ. The sirloin was nice and juicy, but not as flavorful as I had hoped, and the other cuts were similarly bland, but I guess that's why there are sauces available. The star of the show was the salad bar, and honestly, my favourite part of the BBQ option was the garlic fries. Not pictured is the stews and other hot dishes that are part of the "salad bar", including a delicious garlic rice that I could eat bowls and bowls and bowls and bowls of. Will make the 10+ min trek out to Lan Kwai Fong for lunch more often once temperatures start dropping. Even though I took air conditioning breaks in shops every couple of blocks, I still found myself to be far sweatier than I would've liked to be!
