Happy Monday! First things first: 5:30 🕠 wake up call and an early gym session. It’s like riding a bike. After 2 weeks of nothing but walking (a lot!) and carrying ridiculously heavy suitcase I am back to my MORNING ROUTINE and it feels great: Big smile to start the day ✔️ Workout ✔️ Good podcast to fuel the brain ✔️ It’s the little things that add up to a great day. And great days that add up to a great life.
