Okay Queens....here I go - MY HIPS ARE REALLY TIGHT AND LOCKED!! I've been working on movement and flexibility of my hips as another way to connect with my womb and release any tensions - physically and emotionally.
I'll be doing #yoga everyday in an effort to relax my hips; the goal is for my knees to be as close to the floor as possible when I sit cross-legged. As you can see in this pic my knees are quite high up which means there's a whole lot of tension and knots there - I was in quite a bit of pain just to take this pic. I'm not gonna put a deadline on this goal of mine - just going to enjoy the journey and be consistent with it.
My intention with the #fullmoon was to #releaseandletgo❤️ and coincidentally there's a lot of blocked energy in my womb which i can't wait to be rid of! Pluuuuuuus hip and womb movements are great to do before a #yonisteam 💫
