📣I want y'all to know, this is how 99.99% of my workouts go UNLESS I wake up at 5am to bust it out.⏰ This little stinker loves to be involved, thinks it's so funny to throw toys under my feet, wants me to kiss her owies, likes to run under my kicks, thinks it's horsey ride time when I'm on the ground, etc. I could get irritated by it 😑(k sometimes it is a little much 🙊) but I love that she's around me during this, because I want her to grow up around & get used to empowerring words like "strong, confident, try, DO! 💕
The best part is when I finish my workout, her crazy little face turns to me, points & says "EW mommy sweaty" then grins and waves to the TV saying "bye bye workout! 😂
All that said, I didn't even want to workout today. I was irritated with the messy house, the dying grass, the errands I have to run before I leave for NOLA (😁😁😁) and the never ending list of stuff I just felt annoyed with.
I knew I'd feel better & have a clearer mind after a good workout. Even more, I decided to try something new. I did 50 min of Insanity, the Asylum #2! 😲 Guess what? I feel ready to take on all those chores 😉 AND little goose is taking a nap 🎉🎉🎉
