Happy Friday LifeStylers!
I really wanted to share a quick and inspirational story:) PLEASE READ and let me know your thoughts?...... I meet the most amazing gentlemen whilst walking our dogs on the beach yesterday and we had the most amazing conversation about life and its outcomes... "Andrew" was his name and he is 55 years young (As he said:) Andy has recently retired 12 months ago, he explained that he retired a lot sooner than most would. He was a national sales manager for his old company and worked anything between 60 -100 hours per week.
His reasons were due to a handful of his closest friends of similar age but various professions to him, all dying in quick succession, due to either: heart attack, stress, illness. or accident:( I could see that this was still fresh in his mind, quite heartbroken, I felt so sorry for Andrew, but he said he made the decision to retire young, purely to live the life he always wanted outside of the rat race, to spend all his time with his hobbies and most importantly with his wonderful wife, children and grandchildren.
We chatted for some time and I couldn't help but think to myself what an awesome man! So driven, family passionate and just living in his moment! LOVING LIFE!! I resonated with Andrew with his rat race story as its exactly the lifestyle we are all in some way accustomed too.
We have looked for so many years for options to break free from this and boy have we done just that!! Mostly his story made me feel fulfilled, proud and excited that we found our path in life doing what we both love and are living the lifestyle we wanted for us and mostly our kids.
We live each day helping people in all walks of life, shapes and sizes and all ages, transform their health, their bodies and mindsets as well as opening them to endless clarity, possibilities and wealth:)
Nothing better in this world than been able to help others, it’s a gift! One that we love so much!! In doing this, we have made so many great friends (Like Andrew) who keep us grounded, focussed and mostly motivated!
It is easy to break free from the rat race, you don't have to wait for a retirement cheque.
