My legs and booty are little sore from last nights workout so I decided to focus on upper body. I haven't really focused on upper body for a while and it felt good to lift some weights. I'm still trying to find my groove with my workouts again since I quite Beachbody but I'll get there. I am excited to be doing my own thing again though. It's kind of fun trying to figure out what kind of workouts I want to do. I'm looking forward to making up some new HIIT routines for myself again too. If you're interested I do each move for 40s rest for 10s for 4 rounds.
