Day 18 of getting stronger. I got my workout done this morning before anything else distracted me & for that I get a ⭐️. This was a new workout today that was shorter but was really great. It challenged me in my back muscles & upper body. I’m really enjoying using weights & even though I went into this program kinda freaked out I’m so glad I decided to stick with it. Can transformation happen? Yes it can! How can it happen? First you have to have a big WHY. You then need a plan. Do you need a coach for this plan? Not necessarily but it does make it easier if you have a coach that can direct you with the right plan and give you accountability. Is diet or exercise most important? They are both important and you need to dial both of these in. The diet is the one that people struggle with the most. How long does it take?
