Saturday | No photoshop, no facetune, just the gym & healthy eating. No matter what it is you want to accomplish... you can't skip the hard work, period, you can't cheat the universe. And it's not easy, it's painful and sometimes I don't feel like it, but I make myself. Like I be laid out on the ground tired. I haven't yet reached my health and fitness goals but consistent actions (good decisions) over time yield great results.
Today marked a very special day for me. We finally got the keys which is the start of phase two for #FeedMyCreative .
Even though it was part of my original plans, never in my wildest dreams did I expect to happen just yet
Believe me I've done a lot to get this far in 18months! Yay me 😊👑👏

Sitting up on a panel with political figures and executive directors... In the middle, me. With my jumpsuit and chuck taylors ----------
Sands said as a young Black girl she had short hair and was teased about it. “A lot of African-American women and women of color…have experienced similar stories in terms of their hair,” she said.
Sands said she has a philanthropic platform that addresses self love. “Because without that nothing else matters, whether your hair is natural or you wear a weave,” Sands said. “I have locs up underneath this. I could take this off and flaunt my locs. I can wear the weave, I can wear the wigs. It doesn’t matter. “As long as you love yourself, as long as you’re taking the proper steps to be able to really and truly be confident in the skin you’re in, that’s all that matters,” she said. “You can do whatever you want to do. All that matters is that you love yourself.” -----------
Thursday | I'm pretty much in go mode. I took much needed time this year adjusting myself, creating new habits, putting me and what I need and want first. And for the first time money was like 5th on the list instead of first. But I'm prepared. New levels are scary sometimes, it's a place you've never been, but like Will Smith said the best things in life are on the other side of fear. Knowing that I have peace within my uncertainty of what the next level is and I submit to the process. And for my coaching clients, I'm a living testament to everything I teach. New levels require a new you. I've evolved and I'm still evolving.
Thank you to all the ladies so far who have submitted this far! Keep them coming we want to promote your greatness! 👑✨✨✨ Click the link in the bio.

Wednesday | #WCW goes to me. Not because I "look good" or because I'm "talented" or because I've "made a lot of money" but because I see and feel my growth. I look at the old me and I'm astonished at who I am now. The beauty in life is being able to be in the moment of experiencing and absorbing the process, so when you have these moments of reflection the gratitude is deep. 🌻
